UK Delivery
All UK orders over £75 receive FREE delivery to your home or business address! Delivery for UK orders valued at £75 or less contain flat rate of £5.99 to your nearest UPS Collection Point (It is the nearest UPS Collection Point based on address you provided during the checkout) or £6.99 to your home or business address.
UK deliveries are dispatched by UPS – typically delivery can be expected within 2 to 3 working days of placing an order or may be quicker depending on delivery service you choose. We also offer next day delivery service for £9.99.
Please note: For your peace of mind, all parcels are sent on a fully tracked service. To enable our designated couriers to successfully deliver your parcel a signature on delivery may be required. If you are not available to sign for your goods please specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. work) during the checkout process. It may happened that after first failure delivery attempt by UPS driver your parcel may be dropped-off in your nearest UPS Collection Point. Plese keep an eye on the tracking number provided after shipment of your order.
We reserved the rights to change delivery fees due to changes provided by the houllier to reflect this prices.
Collect from clinic is available for local customers. When your order is ready for collection your order status will be changed to „Ready to Collect” you will receive an email from one of our advisors updating you that your order is now ready for collection. As we only offer pre-booked service you must confirm date and estimate time of your collection. You can do this via email: orders@sensualspa.uk or by phone 07907526163. Please do not attempt to collect your parcel until you receive this notification. To avoid delays upon your arrival please make sure you comply with above rules.

Northern Ireland

European Delivery (countries within the EU)
Delivery for European orders is £16.99 ( 7-12 days). Any order over £150 to Europe ( within EU ) will
receive standard FREE DELIVERY.
Express
European Delivery is available for £29.99. European orders that choose Express Delivery can expect their item in 2 – 5 working days with a UPS
courier on full trackable service.
European
orders generally take between 7 – 12 working days to be delivered,
depending on the country and location that the order is being dispatched
to.
Please note: We always aim to ensure European / Worldwide and express orders are delivered within the above time scales, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as remote locations (e.g. offshore islands), customs clearance or busy holiday periods. In these instances, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Orders delivered to countries outside of the UK & EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Face the Future has no control over these charges and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Further Delivery Information
Products available on backorder (up to 14 days)
It may happen that a product you buy in our shop is currently out of stock. These products are marked on the main product page just above the add to cart button as ” Products available on backorder (up to 14 days)”.
We would like to stress that SensualSpa only sends complete orders, so if you need the rest of your order to be delivered faster, please place two separate orders in our shop. The first should contain all products available in stock and the second with all products available on backorder. If both stock and backordered products are purchased in one single order, the products will be shipped to you within 14 days of the date of your order (excluding any Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays / Sundays or Bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day (subject to stock availability).
During the Christmas and New Year period it might take longer to dispatch your order (up to 7 working days).
In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.
If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you within 5 working days of your order being placed.
We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.
The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however, please allow at least 10 working days for UK delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with couriers until this time has passed.
If a parcel is deemed lost we will not be able to offer a replacement until 10 – 25 working days after the shipping date, subject to customers completing a non-receipt form. If a parcel is lost, we are not able to offer a straight refund, we will however send out a replacement. Any goods not received within the above timescales must be reported to SensualSpa Institute of Beauty in writing 25 working days from the date of dispatch.
In the instance where tracking information shows a parcel has been delivered, however the customer claims it has not been received, SensualSpa Institute of Beauty must be notified in writing within 10 working days from the couriers delivery date. Please note we cannot accept responsibility after this time frame due to courier regulations regarding the compensation for lost parcels.
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries whereby the address provided by the customer is not accurate. If a delivery fails due to a customer supplying an address incorrectly, we will not re-send or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned to our premises.
The products you order will be delivered to the delivery address you give when you placed your order, however, if you are a new customer placing an order for the first time we reserve the right to post only to the billing address provided should this differ from the delivery address.
Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the parcel received in good condition. If a parcel appears to be damaged in any way DO NOT accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
For fraud protection your order can only be send to the address provided in check out. Please make sure and pay full attention when provideing delivery address as we are unable to change it after your order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your SensualSpa purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original card/metod payment used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
Only items purchased on sensualspa.uk may be accepted for a return.

Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective or damaged. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on sensualspa.uk only up to 14 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Damaged products policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 5 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after the 5 days.
